DEFENSIVE PISTOL: LEVEL 1

Our Defensive Pistol Level 1 is for shooters learning to get comfortable with their firearm and ways to employ it in a self-defense situation.
We build a solid shooting foundation by instilling firearm safety, drawing from your holster, speed and accuracy, reloading your handgun and using your environment to survive a deadly encounter. During the course, we introduce the students to “dry-fire” to stretch out the training and want students to take techniques home to be the most confident shooters they can. Also included is discussion with our instructors about firearm and gear reccomendations.
Upon completion of the course, we want all of our shooters to have had a safe and fun experience, while also having gained competence in utilizing a handgun in a self-defense situation and going home a more confident marksman.

Required Gear:

• Semi-automatic pistol with at least 2 magazines
• Reliable, sturdy holster and belt
• 200 rounds of ammunition
• Hearing Protection
• Eye Protection
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Water
